Then we have an opportunity for you! We currently have an opportunity for a Process Technician located at our manufacturing facility in Huntersville, NC.

Requirements

• Outstanding work record.
• Proficient in MS Excel/Access/Word.
• Demonstrated leadership/supervisory skills.
• 2+ years of experience as a CDP Technician with strong extrusion/thermoforming troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication skills with all levels including management.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing as a Process Technician.
• Set-up, troubleshoot and operate Thermoformers from tool conversion.
• Troubleshoot all automation equipment.
• Train department personnel on job essentials and provide feedback to the supervisor.
• Create and maintain accurate engineering/process documentation such as BOMs and routers, Process Flow diagrams, and PFMEAs.
• Establish set-up and processing parameters based on material and machine capabilities.
• Develop procedures to ensure consistent processing of product on all shifts.
• Complete setups of TSL inline Thermoformers (blends, extruder, trim press, and rimmer).
• Drive OEE improvement while reducing line changeover time.
• Perform duties including safety, operator training, maintaining process documentation, writing SOPs, and verifying/improving process conditions.
