About The Position

Job Duties Support daily shop floor operations, resolving production issues, quality problems, and implementing process improvements. Activities may include generating N/C programs, participating in review of rejected parts to determine disposition and further action. Estimate and calculate standard times. Structure and verify bills of materials. Update process documentation. Submit maintenance requisitions. Assist with machinery and equipment installation. Perform analysis, data collection, and documentation of manufacturing processes. Analyze, recommend, and implement layout and workflow improvements consistent with lean manufacturing methodologies. Assist with workstation and line layouts, balancing of work content, determination of labor requirements, material handling and storage solutions, process documentation, and operator training.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years related experience
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Occasional travel (0-5%)
  • Occasional overnight stays (0-5%)
