Responsibilities

• Assisting in the analyzing, designing, and implementation of manufacturing and business process improvement.
• Participating in multiple facets groups across the organization including manufacturing, design, supplier development, and documentation.
• Creating strong relationships with internal and external customers to ensure project success.
• Making recommendations to design teams for higher yielding, lower cost, and more manufacturable products.
• Coordinating with the supervisor on training plans for the team.
• Onboarding new hires and managing workflow.
