About The Position

The Process Technician role at Forest City Technologies involves performing process engineering on injection molding machines during the 2nd and 3rd shifts. Requirements

• 5 years' experience of processing injection molding machines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledgeable/skilled in all areas of the molding process.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Statistical process control knowledge.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Manual dexterity.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Good organization and time management skills.
• Dependable and team-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

• Silicone experience.

Responsibilities

• Input and extract data as necessary.
• Develop a thorough understanding of molding and machine processing.
• Troubleshoot the process when problems are encountered, documenting and justifying all adjustments made.
• Analyze statistical data from the process and make necessary adjustments.
• Assist in performing designed experiments in the molding process.
• Assist Operations Manager to maintain effective productivity of the molding department.
• Perform tasks in compliance with all company safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Ensure compliance with quality and environmental objectives as outlined in the QMS and EMS program.
