About The Position

The Process Technician monitors and maintains a variety of production processes and equipment of moderate complexity to ensure efficient and high-quality output. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues and implementing process improvements.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of assigned production processes and equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and work instructions.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation.
• Attention to detail and quality focus.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Some prior experience or training in fabrication preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sets up, operates, and monitors production equipment and processes to maximize productivity.
• Performs audits and ensures adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Performs root cause analysis and troubleshooting on equipment and processes.
• Adjusts machine settings and process parameters as needed.
• Records production data and maintains accurate logs.
• Collaborates with team members to optimize production efficiency.
• Identifies and reports any issues or deviations in the production process.
• Assists in implementing process improvements and new technologies and machinery.
