About The Position

As a Process & Technical Support representative, you will provide technical support through your knowledge of First Texas Homes' procedures and products we currently utilize and will implement in the future. You will focus on supporting our end users from all departments in these products and helping them find a resolution while providing exceptional customer service.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills needed for our documentation process and daily interactions with our internal customers

Responsibilities

  • Learning the various technologies already implemented including, but not limited to Brix ERP, Brix Sales, BuildPro, Adobe, OneDrive, SharePoint, Docusign, etc.
  • Manage the help desk requests for the technology mentioned above
  • Docusign review
  • Update/create document learned processes
  • Any other duties that further Technical and Business Development needs of the First Texas Family Homes' family of companies
