About The Position

Key Duties & Accountabilities (Primary responsibilities & quantifiable measurements) Machine setup and operation that includes mold, cutting die, and raw material changer. Setup machines from job to job Fill out Production Setup Sheet Assist other Process Techs Troubleshoot and repair machine. Fill out down time log Ensure machine is clean and all tools and items are in place Operate machinery. Priority is to keep machines running Perform roll changes on machines Remove scrap rolls from machine and place in baler area Ensure cartons are made Ensure area is clean around machines during and before shift ends and production run Perform quality inspection of product to ensure product is the correct specifications Instruct and assist packers Complete the packing process Ensure the material is at the machine and ready for production Place tooling in proper storage slot/bin after production run is complete QualificationsEducational/Training Requirements/Experience (What your background should look like) High School Diploma or Equivalent. Minimum Skills, Knowledge & Ability Requirements Basic mathematical and measuring skills. Ability to read, write, speak and understand English. Must be able to work in a factory environment which includes being on your feet for long periods of time and durations of hot weather during certain seasons of the year. Requirements
