About The Position

Process Technicians in our Van Buren Plant are responsible for monitoring and controlling chemical manufacturing processes, cleaning and maintaining equipment with a high emphasis on personal and food safety. We use innovative technology to turn raw materials into distinctive, high quality ingredients for our customers. These ingredients are used in products that millions of people around the world use or consume every day.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/equivalent or higher education required
  • Passionate safety commitment including the belief that all injuries can be prevented
  • Self-disciplined and possessing the integrity to uphold Company Values at all times
  • Self-motivated, committed, dependable Team contributor
  • Ability to learn new concepts and information using process procedures, manuals and diagrams
  • Ability to clearly communicate ideas and information, both written and verbal
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to work shift work, including weekends and holidays
  • Demonstrate basic mathematics, reading comprehension, and problem solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • Mechanical or chemical equipment operating experience desired
  • Licensed Boiler Operator in Arkansas strongly preferred

Responsibilities
