Your responsibilities will include: Develop and implement inspection strategies for a wide range of medical device components and prototypes. Design and validate new inspection methods; document and maintain test method procedures. Analyze measurement data using Minitab and summarize findings in technical reports. Troubleshoot and improve existing measurement programs and inspection methods. Collaborate cross-functionally to develop capable processes and ensure efficient transfer of new products into production.

  • Develop and implement inspection strategies for a wide range of medical device components and prototypes.
  • Design and validate new inspection methods; document and maintain test method procedures.
  • Analyze measurement data using Minitab and summarize findings in technical reports.
  • Troubleshoot and improve existing measurement programs and inspection methods.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop capable processes and ensure efficient transfer of new products into production.
  • 5 years of experience with a high school diploma/degree/equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education/work experience
  • 10+ years of experience in metrology or process development.
  • Strong problem-solving and root-cause investigation skills.
  • Experience with Process Verification and Validation (PV&V).
  • Background in medical devices or other regulated industries.
  • Proven success working cross-functionally in a technical environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
