To set-up, start-up, troubleshoot and monitor molding machines against established quality specifications and SOP. You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities Set-up injection molds and related equipment for sample runs and production runs. Monitor gauges, pressures, and temperatures on molding machines. Troubleshoot and correct problem processes. Monitor cycle times and part quality. Document and report mold and/or equipment related problems. Gather recycle materials and take to designated holding areas. Keep work area clean with expected housekeeping.
