About The Position
Bridor is opening a brand-new industrial bakery in Salt Lake City, and we’re looking for a Process Team Leader to help launch our operations. This is a unique opportunity to lead a team from day one, shape production processes, and be part of a facility that sets the standard for quality, efficiency, and innovation.
Requirements
- Leadership experience in food manufacturing or bakery production.
- Hands-on knowledge of bakery processes (Mixing, Touring, Laminating, Shaping).
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and BRC standards.
- Comfortable with computers and production tracking tools (e.g., Excel, SAP).
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in fast-paced, cold, and noisy environments.
- Detail-oriented, team-focused, and committed to quality.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team through all stages of mixing, touring, laminating, and shaping.
- Ensure production meets quality, safety, and customer specifications.
- Help design and improve processes to maximize efficiency and product quality.
- Train new employees and provide hands-on support to operators.
- Oversee production schedules, report downtime, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Promote safety, GMP, and food quality standards across your team.
