Join us as a Process & Standards Manager Your main responsibilities PRIMARY FUNCTION / POSITION OVERVIEW: The Manager, Process & Standards is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing operational standards, procedures, documentation, and systems to support service excellence and quality assurance across all EI Service Operations. This role acts as a key driver of continuous improvement by identifying performance gaps, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory/technical requirements. As a SAP key user, the manager supports configuration, enhancements, and data integrity to ensure accurate service execution and reporting. The position also leads cross-functional initiatives that strengthen process reliability, operational consistency, and customer experience. Overall, the role ensures that service operations are performed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with defined quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Process Development, Standardization & Governance.
  • Develop, refine, and maintain operational standards, work instructions, and quality procedures for elevator service operations.
  • Ensure documentation is accurate, accessible, and aligned with service excellence strategies and compliance expectations.
  • Facilitate adoption of new or updated processes through training, communication, and change management activities Quality Assurance & Compliance Oversight
  • Monitor process adherence and service performance through audits, field validations, and data analysis.
  • Identify risks or gaps, recommend corrective actions, and follow through on resolution.
  • Support compliance with internal standards, industry codes, and safety/technical requirements.
  • SAP Key User Support & System Optimization
  • Serve as a SAP functional expert for EI Service Operations processes, including master data integrity, workflow improvements, and enhancement requests.
  • Partner with SIS and other departments to design, test, and deploy system changes, manage UATs, and train users.
