About The Position

Requirements

  • Typically between 5 - 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Post-secondary degree in related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Deep understanding of and problem-solving ability for issues within the business/group.
  • In-depth knowledge of business analysis, project delivery practices, and standards.
  • In-depth knowledge of business/group processes, procedures, and controls.
  • Understanding of risk, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
  • Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through education and business experience.
  • In-depth verbal and written communication skills.
  • In-depth collaboration and team skills.
  • In-depth analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth influence skills.
  • In-depth data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Experience with LOAN IQ is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Acts as a trusted advisor to assigned business/group.
  • Influences and negotiates to achieve business objectives.
  • Recommends and implements solutions based on analysis of issues.
  • Assists in the development of strategic plans.
  • Identifies emerging issues and trends to inform decision-making.
  • Helps determine business priorities and best sequence for execution of strategy.
  • Conducts independent analysis and assessment to resolve strategic issues.
  • Supports the execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Builds effective relationships and collaborates with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Ensures alignment between stakeholders.
  • Monitors and tracks performance, addressing any issues.
  • Designs and produces regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
  • Breaks down strategic problems and analyses data to provide insights.
  • Builds change management plans and leads change management activities.
  • Develops tailored messaging and identifies distribution channels for communication.
  • Provides input into planning and implementation of operational programs.
  • Documents processes, procedures, and end-user materials.
  • Assists with training and transition of processes to appropriate owners.
  • Collaborates in the design, implementation, and management of core processes.
  • Ensures processes adhere to risk, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
  • Streamlines and continuously improves existing processes.
  • Maintains current process documentation for stakeholders.
  • Supports management of processes using established methodologies.
  • Integrates information from multiple sources for efficiency.
  • Participates in Core Process transformation for productivity savings.
  • Develops understanding of organizational interactions to engage stakeholders.
  • Stays abreast of industry trends through professional associations.
  • Resolves issues regarding processes raised from stakeholders.
  • Provides specialized consulting, analytical, and technical support.
  • Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems.
  • Handles non-routine situations independently.
