The Process Specialist plays a critical role in driving operational efficiency across the organization by developing, improving, and maintaining processes that support daily business functions and long-term scalability. This individual will act as a central point of contact across departments to coordinate projects, monitor key operational metrics, and ensure alignment with company objectives. This role requires a systems thinker who can analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and collaborate cross-functionally to implement scalable solutions in a dynamic startup environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in process implementation, process analysis, or similar role in a fast-paced environment (startup experience preferred)
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Solid technical proficiency with Excel
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or JIRA
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly, remain agile, and take ownership in an evolving startup environment
  • Self-driven and resourceful with a focus on collaborative problem solving
  • Cross-functional, collaborative mindset with a resourceful, solution-oriented approach

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI preferred
  • Customer or client-facing experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Conduct deep analysis of existing processes, workflows, and procedures and create documentation, identifying opportunities for efficiency and refinement to support business operations and rapid scaling
  • Develop new processes where gaps exist with a focus on collaboration and effectiveness
  • Identify inefficiencies across the organization and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and performance
  • Coordinate cross-functional operational projects from planning through execution
  • Oversee daily operational activities such as reporting, campaign creation, and task tracking
  • Monitor operational metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance and identify trends
  • Generate reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making
  • Leverage data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) to analyze and present data insights
  • Act as a liaison between departments to ensure alignment with strategic company goals
  • Communicate operational updates, risks, and opportunities effectively across teams
  • Partner with stakeholders to implement solutions that improve operational outcomes
