Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and repair complex manufacturing equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and statistical process control to meet production requirements.
• Verify replacement tooling for conformance and troubleshoot machine adjustments.
• Read and understand blueprints and perform machine set-up and adjustment.
• Utilize specific machine specifications and weld requirements.
• Analyze machine and production part sources for corrective action and document adjustments.
• Maintain a clean work area according to 5S requirements and ensure compliance with waste handling regulations.
• Track hourly production counts and problem-solve operational issues.
• Meet specified production schedules and achieve productivity goals.
