About The Position

As an independent contractor process server, you will be responsible for serving legal documents on individuals and businesses, and residential locations so you should be able to make your attempts in the evenings, mornings, and on weekends when most people are at home. Unlike some other attorney services, we pay per attempt on Same Day and ASAP service types, and do not make you keep attempting services at locations if the individuals are no longer there. Requirements

Must have a valid Florida Driver's License
Must be dependable, reliable and flexible with a strong work ethic
Possess reliable vehicle with insurance
Strong and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Be a registered Process Server with an active Fictitious Business Name Statement and Business License
Own a smartphone to be able to send in status updates
