  • Conduct cell culture studies (shake flask to fed-batch bioreactor)
  • Perform affinity chromatography & viral inactivation
  • Execute cGLP cell banking for research use
  • Ensure SOP compliance and report anomalies
  • Analyze large datasets using statistical methods
  • Draft technical reports to support commercial filings
  • Present findings in cross-functional meetings
  • Coordinate lab activities with scientific teams
  • Provide technical support to Manufacturing for troubleshooting & improvements
  • Participate in training activities
  • BS/BA in Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Cellular Biology, or related discipline
  • Hands-on lab experience with cell culture and/or affinity chromatography
  • Solid understanding of antibody manufacturing processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and quick to learn
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and maintains a positive attitude
  • Enjoys balancing multiple projects and keeping stakeholders informed
