About The Position
Foamcraft is the leader in foam fabrication and has been for decades. We are looking for individuals to join our family as Process Saw Operators at our Mitchell, Indiana location. Foamcraft was founded in 1952. Now, 70 years later, Foamcraft has grown from one small foam shop in downtown Indianapolis to five facilities across Indiana. Employees are eligible for $0.50 increases four times in the first year based on performance – or up to $2 in the first year . We also pay a $60 weekly perfect attendance incentive for all those who qualify.
Requirements
- A positive attitude towards their coworkers and their job.
- Ability to interpret dimensions and perform quick math tasks, while focusing on safety.
- Ability to understand and follow all company policies and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Cutting foam with accuracy and in the correct quantity.
- Drawing patterns and marking foam as directed.
- Organizing cut materials in a neat and orderly fashion.
- Lifting and moving materials with proper techniques.
- Observing all safety rules and regulations.
