  • Oversee the mechanical reliability of all equipment to prevent failures and ensure continuous operation.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
  • Track, record and proactively resolve/troubleshoot basic, non-complex problems with minimal support from others.
  • Identify opportunities, prioritize (together with plant), develop and execute medium size, moderate to medium complex capital improvement or plant optimization projects.
  • Implement MET during the course of the project with some guidance from the Tech Center.
  • Act as Manufacturing Rep for medium size projects.
  • Manage and document all equipment updates and changes in the SAP system to maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure that all modifications are compliant with safety standards and regulations.
  • Oversee LOPA changes and updates.
  • Conduct safety audits and risk assessments to identify and address potential hazards.
  • Plan and execute small maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering or other relevant engineering.
  • 5+ years of related experience within engineering.
  • Working independently to apply applicable technology improvements.
  • Hazardous materials management.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading team for results.
  • Technically savvy - interested and fluent in engineering and technology applicable to the work environment.
  • Strong Communication skills (verbal, written, instructional etc.).
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
