About The Position
This position is responsible for coordinating the Process Safety Management program for OQ's Bay City and Bishop Plants. This position leads or assists PHAs and Hazops, acts as the MOC/MOOC program administrator and conducts the process safety review for all appropriations requests. In addition, they ensures the sites comply with the OSHA Process Safety Management standard and the EPA Risk Management Program. This position is also qualified to be a lead investigator for all levels of investigations. The position will act in accordance with the Group's Mission, Vision, Values & Strategies, as well as, policies, guidelines and international standards, supported by an IT Technology platform, and HSE standards.
