Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • 3-5 years’ experience
  • Submit to and satisfactorily complete pre-employment background, medical, alcohol, and drug screening
  • Must possess a valid Driver’s License
  • Able and willing to work a rotating shift schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime (if applicable)
  • Able and willing to work in inclement weather, climb structures, perform work at heights, and in enclosed spaces
  • Able and willing to work both independently in remote locations and in a team environment

Responsibilities

  • Collect and test water and process samples using field and laboratory equipment.
  • Perform routine walk-arounds to gather samples and check meters, gauges, and equipment performance.
  • Conduct analytical testing using basic wet chemistry and ICP instrumentation.
  • Receive, label, and prepare samples for analysis.
  • Monitor processes and report any irregularities to operations or supervisors.
  • Ensure activities follow EPA, OSHA, and company safety and environmental standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and submit reports in a timely manner.
  • Verify equipment is operating properly and report maintenance concerns.
  • Assist with quality testing of raw materials, process streams, and finished products.
  • Communicate effectively with operations teams and external partners.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
