Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, the Process Quality Engineer supports plant safety, ensures product compliance, and leads process optimization through data analysis and engineering principles. The role manages testing, drives improvement projects, and collaborates with production teams to resolve issues and enhance performance. Using tools like Lean, Six Sigma, and SPC, the engineer standardizes processes, improves quality, and coaches operators. Additional responsibilities include monitoring operations, maintaining data systems, and strengthening supplier relationships to support long-term competitiveness. What's in it for you?
