This position is part of the Training Program Management Office within SICK North America’s Sales and Service Cluster and is responsible for the hands-on technical training of SICK Solutions. The incumbent champions the employee development journey and provides hands-on technical training to ensure the delivery of SICK products, systems and services. The incumbent collaborates with Services, Market Product Mangers, and globally with partners in the Sensor Intelligence Academy Training & Education, and Strategic Product Managers to identify the training requirements, develop and execute the training, and measure outcomes. The audiences may consist of direct SICK employees, distribution and integration partners, and/or the end-users of SICK solutions.
