Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering required.
• 2-5 years’ experience in process engineering or production in the paper industry.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Auto Cad and Project.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with instrumentation and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide process optimization and engineering support for the mill.
• Coordinate compliance processes, lean projects, quality and product safety, and analytical and systems support.
• Develop and maintain methods for tracking and reducing operational costs.
• Coordinate efforts of outside resources to improve operations by filtering and utilizing appropriate information.
• Conduct data analysis projects and use data to make business decisions.
• Complete assignments that may include some work at higher levels for training and development purposes.
