About The Position

We are looking for a Process Operator to join our Greenwood, IN team! Are you a good team player looking to learn on the job and develop your operating and machining skills? This may be the role for you! We will train you! The position involves weighing, measuring, and checking raw materials to ensure that batches manufactured contain proper ingredients in proper quantities. You will maintain inventory records of raw materials used in batch manufacturing and keep accurate and up-to-date batch records and data sheets on batches in process. Additionally, you will perform a variety of in-process tests (such as hardness, weight, variation, pH, and moisture content) to ensure that batches meet specifications. Recognizing equipment and product problems, notifying the supervisor, and troubleshooting a variety of errors to achieve optimum production levels are also key responsibilities.
