About The Position

Level 4 associates are the Subject Matter Experts (SME) of the shop. This associate is proficient in all aspects of the process. They can recognize and solve most non-routine process problems. The Advanced Processing Operator is more aware of the business and can make process improvements that reduce cost and/or improve quality. At this level, they may interact with associates in other functional areas and can oversee and assist with department development.

Requirements

  • No Education Required
  • Processing experience preferred or related job aptitude (e.g. ability to troubleshoot and follow instructions)
  • Able to read and follow standard work instructions
  • Recognize functional and cosmetic defects.
  • Applicant must be able to multitask and prioritize.

Responsibilities

  • Performs & meets the requirements of all previous skill sets.
  • Work with Engineering on the Technical aspects of the Equipment & Processes.
  • Use the schedule to make decisions and manage order flow
  • Able to Fill out and submit Deviation forms. (If required)
  • Suggests recommendations to change set-up sheets.
  • Troubleshoot and provides feedback to engineering.
  • Able to recognize potency of chemicals to part quality.
  • Able to make corrections to previous Data Entries.
  • Must have Advanced Troubleshooting Skills
