Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail with pride in producing clean, accurate, and visually precise work.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and steady hands for detailed marking and finishing tasks.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions, specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Comfortable working with paints, inks, solvents, and related materials (PPE provided).
  • Basic understanding of inspection standards and quality expectations.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to follow structured processes and maintain documentation accuracy.
  • Comfortable wearing PPE and working in a controlled manufacturing environment.
  • This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, finishing, painting, or marking processes preferred.
  • Experience working with stencils, airbrush tools, or similar equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Apply markings to parts using inks, stencils, airbrush guns, and silk screens
  • Mix and prepare inks according to specification sheets and detailed work instructions.
  • Ensure all markings meet exact requirements for size, placement, durability, and clarity.
  • Inspect completed parts for accuracy, legibility, and compliance with standards.
  • Perform touch-up painting on finished products to ensure a clean, high-quality final appearance.
  • Maintain and clean marking equipment, including stencils, silk screens, and airbrush tools, to ensure consistent performance.
  • Keep a clean, organized workspace that supports efficiency and quality.
  • Accurately document materials used and work completed in accordance with quality control procedures.
  • Follow all safety, environmental, and handling guidelines for inks, solvents, and related materials.
