  • Be responsible for visual quality of product.
  • Maintain work station; keep clean, organized and safe of tripping hazards.
  • Accurately weigh and measure raw materials as required as a Bagger/Strapper Operator.
  • Accurately stamp or label boxes as required as a Boxer Operator.
  • Perform process for splicing into production line surfacing fabrics and film as needed as a Middle Operator.
  • Maintain the operation of the entire middle section of the line in relation to quality specification and product requirements.
  • Maintain the operation of the press rollers and cooling process of the sheet.
  • Set up raw materials and assist for set up in product changes.
  • Accurately weigh and measure raw materials and fill raw materials as required as a Coatings Operator.
  • Perform other duties as required.
  • Use and proficiency on respective machine computers for Bagger/Strapper and Mixer Positions.
  • Fill out and complete production and safety paperwork.

Benefits

  • $20.00 per hour pay.
  • $2.00 shift differential.
  • $1,000 90-day probation completion bonus.
