We're looking for an Engineering Intern to join our Process Mechanical Municipal team this summer! You'll support project engineers and managers in the planning, design, and construction of water, wastewater, and infrastructure projects for municipal clients. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience and contribute to meaningful community projects.

Requirements

• Pursuing Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level in either Civil or Environmental Engineering
• Very limited work based experience (0 to 3 months)
• No managerial experience required

Responsibilities

• Conduct field investigations
• Perform engineering studies and cost evaluations
• Compile data
• Assist with CADD drawings and facility layouts
• Support design calculations
• Produce accurate reports by collecting data from standard sources
• Create engineering drawings under guidance of senior colleagues
• Contribute to the development and implementation of engineering solutions
• Follow health, safety, and environment (HSE) policies
• Research and suggest technical developments
• Participate in assessment and development planning activities
• Support research activities
• Develop testing standards and procedures
• Carry out project management activities
• Support waste management efforts
• Conduct routine tasks in technical troubleshooting
