About The Position

The Senior Associate Process Manager is responsible for monitoring, reporting, and planning process improvement or redesign initiatives, making recommendations on changes, and managing formal process documents. This role involves collaborating on project teams and broader enterprise initiatives to represent the business for changes that may impact department processes. The position requires day-to-day oversight of multiple processes, defining and managing process controls, and identifying improvement opportunities through collaboration with other groups such as the Risk office and management. The Senior Associate will collect, analyze, and measure process data to initiate sustainable business practices and report to senior leadership. Additionally, the role involves resolving complex problems, maintaining formal process documents, and coaching junior PM levels on processes and performance targets.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office or G Suite.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Business Process Management, Project Management, Relationship Management or Risk Management.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
  • Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification.
