Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent preferred.
  • 1 plus year of experience in related field.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as subject matter expert for processes and systems related to Supplier Funds Recovery
  • Help develop and maintain Funds Recovery processes through cultivating relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Responsible for analyzing and interpreting moderately complex, less clearly defined issues.
  • Execute and deliver on standard processes within defined service level agreements.
  • Establish and regularly evaluate opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Identifies problems and possible solutions and takes appropriate action to resolve.
