Process Machine Operator I (Swing Shift)

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Ability to follow structured processes, routines, and instructions in a predictable production environment
- Basic math, measurement, and computer skills, including the ability to read a tape measure and use simple tools and gauges
- A detail-oriented, task-focused approach with the desire to learn a craft and build long-term expertise
Nice To Haves
- Prior manufacturing experience and/or experience operating material handling equipment such as overhead cranes or hoists
Responsibilities
- Operate process machinery and equipment (such as, CNC’s, Press Brakes, & Injection Presses) by following established work instructions, drawings, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Load, unload, and handle subcomponents and finished products using material handling tools and equipment.
- Inspect materials and parts for correct dimensions, materials, and finishes to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
- Complete accurate computer transactions and support production schedules through reliable, repeatable execution.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work area while meeting safety, quality, and productivity standards.
