Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Ability to follow structured processes, routines, and instructions in a predictable production environment
  • Basic math, measurement, and computer skills, including the ability to read a tape measure and use simple tools and gauges
  • A detail-oriented, task-focused approach with the desire to learn a craft and build long-term expertise

Nice To Haves

  • Prior manufacturing experience and/or experience operating material handling equipment such as overhead cranes or hoists

Responsibilities

  • Operate process machinery and equipment (such as, CNC’s, Press Brakes, & Injection Presses) by following established work instructions, drawings, quality standards, and safety protocols.
  • Load, unload, and handle subcomponents and finished products using material handling tools and equipment.
  • Inspect materials and parts for correct dimensions, materials, and finishes to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
  • Complete accurate computer transactions and support production schedules through reliable, repeatable execution.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work area while meeting safety, quality, and productivity standards.
