Summary of Position: Process Leads are responsible for the execution of duties on their assigned shift for the coating and converting departments. Responsibilities

  • Ensure a safe working environment and PPE is being worn.
  • Must follow and perform all safety aspects related to this position.
  • Must have knowledge of the product specializations and quality requirements.
  • Spend time on the floor, check hour by hours to ensure performance.
  • Engage Operators and communicate to ensure a positive work environment.
  • Be available for Operators and ensure Operators have the resources needed.
  • Evaluate issues and communicate with support departments as needed.
  • Shift assignments based on customer demand and attendance.
  • Shift schedules, DayForce, and time approvals.
  • Ensure departments are clean and prepared for next shift.
  • Communicate status and key items with the next shift.
