About The Position
The Manufacturing Process Lead at General Mills is responsible for providing safety and servant-based leadership to achieve exceptional production results on a specific production line. This role focuses on driving out top losses through a structured Daily Direction Setting system, ensuring data integrity, and mastering process control. The Process Lead also supports the Line Lead in building technical capabilities within the operating teams and is expected to fill in for team members in their absence.
