In the role of  Process Lead - Warehouse working in  Trenton, OH you will build and enhance the operating teams' technical capabilities, focusing on process control mastery through data collection, analysis, and loss elimination. Reporting directly to Sr Manager Customer Service and Supply and you will also closely work with cross-functional operational teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience and/or 1+ years in a high speed, high volume manufacturing environment.
  • Support team performance and foster a culture of employee engagement, promoting collaboration, driving operational excellence
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
  • You possess a strategic thinking/planning mindset by having the ability to take initiative and work effectively

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the performance and continuous improvement of a designated brewery are, working in close partnership with brewery management.
  • Lead initiatives to drive operational reliability and performance improvements across people, processes, and equipment, ensuring optimal asset utilization and sustainable results
  • You will be accountable for maintaining data integrity and identifying opportunities to support team performance in alignment with key business objectives
  • Ensure all processes are safe, fully functional, and validated to operate at their designed capacity and inherent reliability standards
  • Drive supply chain improvements through process optimization, asset enhancement.
