About The Position

The Process Lead at the Albuquerque Plant is responsible for providing servant-based leadership and ensuring data excellence to achieve significant production results on the Crunchy system. This role focuses on guiding the execution of operational plans, leveraging data analysis, and applying problem-solving skills to drive out process losses and enhance team capabilities.

Requirements

  • 2 years of related manufacturing experience.
  • Working knowledge of data systems including MAXIMO, MQIS, INSQL, and GSTEMS.
  • Demonstrated capability in using capacity analysis.
  • Understanding of Foundational Systems and Driving System Utilization.
  • Effective communication skills (both verbal and written).

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Knowledge of Crunchy Bars (processing and packaging).
  • Engineering/Technical Degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the 24-hour platform results related to process losses.
  • Support and lead capability development of platform members to identify and eliminate losses.
  • Deliver critical technical expertise to drive out process losses.
  • Ensure data accuracy according to Capacity Analysis rules and leverage this data for loss elimination.
  • Own the centerline daily management system and coach technician CL system owners.
  • Support the development of the loss tree and execute portions of the 90-Day improvement plan.
  • Leverage technical expertise to ensure product attributes and process parameters are met.
  • Apply advanced data analysis tools to expose and eliminate losses.
  • Drive Statistical Process Control (SPC) to reduce overuse and overpack.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Rapid Changeover to eliminate planned losses.
  • Lead change management and validation processes for system and process changes.
  • Coach problem-solving methodologies to enable technicians to identify and eliminate root causes of problems.
  • Foster an inclusive environment for collaboration and sharing best practices.
  • Partner with Engineering on capital and product commercialization.
  • Create and follow a personal development plan to build technical skills.
