As a Process Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining stability of fab process, specifically mixed signal process.

Requirements

• All applicants must possess legal authorization to work for any employer in the United States, and the employer cannot provide sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
• Minimum MS degree majoring in EE or Engineering related fields
• Fab, RD, PE related experience preferred
• Exhibit good and open communication skills, teamwork spirit and learn attitude
• Be able to work within cross-functional teams
• Semiconductor manufacturing experience is preferred
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Transferring new products and technologies from TSMC headquarters
• Reviewing daily WAT (Wafer Acceptance Test) and inline/offline abnormal signal and executing containment and preventive actions
• Collaborating with fab engineering team to improve yield and WAT stability and reduce process defects
• Providing technical support to mixed signal customers
• Lots handling, WAT analysis and process optimization
• Device development, Yield troubleshooting and reliability improvement
• Fab transfer & Customers handling
• Customized structure process integration development
