About The Position

Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence. The position involves transferring, developing, maintaining, and improving the process health and cost of DRAM nodes introduced from TD or other HVM fab to ID1 fab. Responsibilities include establishing and improving process conditions and technology, upgrading process capability, and reducing production costs. The role also involves setting up process parameters for various semiconductor equipment, evaluating and promoting new equipment/materials, and conducting abnormal analysis and improvement. The candidate will identify, diagnose, and resolve assembly process-related problems, coordinate and execute process, equipment, and material evaluation/optimization initiatives, and lead continuous yield improvement and cost reduction activities. Additionally, the position requires validating and fanning out new process baseline qualifications, supporting SPC/FDC/RMS/APC, and managing material suppliers to achieve quality, cost, and risk management objectives.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, or related field.
  • Education or experience in mainstream memory technologies, including DRAM, NAND, NOR, and SRAM.
  • Knowledge of device physics.
  • Experience with process integration and circuit/architecture issues related to memory.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, DOE, and statistical techniques.
  • Experience with semiconductor processes for various areas, including dry etching, photolithography, CMP, and thin films.
  • Knowledge of statistical process control and process control systems.

  • Manage/audit material suppliers to achieve quality, cost, and risk management objectives.
