The position involves transferring, developing, maintaining, and improving the process health and cost of DRAM nodes introduced from TD or other HVM fab to ID1 fab. Responsibilities include establishing and improving process conditions and technology, upgrading process capability, and reducing production costs. The role also involves setting up process parameters for various semiconductor equipment, evaluating and promoting new equipment/materials, and conducting abnormal analysis and improvement. The candidate will identify, diagnose, and resolve assembly process-related problems, coordinate and execute process, equipment, and material evaluation/optimization initiatives, and lead continuous yield improvement and cost reduction activities. Additionally, the position requires validating and fanning out new process baseline qualifications, supporting SPC/FDC/RMS/APC, and managing material suppliers to achieve quality, cost, and risk management objectives.
