About The Position

As a Process Integration and Yield Technician, you will play a pivotal role supporting our foundry technology and capabilities. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Perform functions associated with fab operations, equipment, manufacturing support, and training. Responsible for operations, structured troubleshooting of complex equipment, coordination and documentation of issues and improvements to engineering teams and reviewing equipment health and stability. Responsible for training, certification and buddy activities for complex operational procedures for equipment and manufacturing processes and responses. Work is complex and highly varied and may range from following defined procedures and response flows to diagnosing, debugging, escalating, and potentially independently solving complex problems which may involve equipment, automation, and other factory infrastructure. May work with engineering to identify and develop processes and procedures to implement new equipment and techniques as well as refine and improve procedures and operations for existing equipment and techniques.

Requirements

  • US Citizenship required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an Active US Government Security Clearance.
  • Highschool Diploma and 4+ years' experience in semiconductor or other related technical manufacturing OR a AA/AS in a technical field.

Nice To Haves

  • Active US Government Security Clearance.
  • Experience/demonstrated skills in the following: Metrology techniques (Laser Optics, Scanning Electron Microscopy, Digital Signal Processing and Image Processing).
  • Statistical Process Control SPC or Design of Experiments (DOE) principles.
  • Equipment skills and experience maintaining semiconductor equipment in a FAB or Lab.
  • Demonstration of experience and ability to work within a team in a complex environment.
  • Experience with technical documentation, training and project management.
