This is an opportunity to create effectiveness and efficiency across Department of Defense organizations. As a Process Improvement Specialist, you'll use your expertise to assess how alterations will impact maintenance and fabrication shop processes and design. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you'll provide your client with a holistic view of their organization to transform their practices for the better.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with strategic planning and execution, agile methodologies, change management, and facilitation.
  • Experience planning and executing large projects, including in the aircraft maintenance and sustainment field.
  • Knowledge of frameworks aligned to strategy.
  • Ability to apply frameworks to transformation efforts in the public sector.
  • Ability to craft and deliver a compelling narrative to influence action on key business decisions and major change initiatives.
  • Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience using Excel, Tableau, Visio, or PowerBI.
  • Ability to develop presentations and work products using advanced expertise in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possession of excellent data analytical and visualization skills.
  • Strategy, Change Management, Process Improvement, Communications, or Performance Management Certification.
