Position Summary: The Process Improvement Specialist is responsible for the co-management of the bank’s new account, account maintenance, retail forms, and teller application. This position will be responsible for collaborating on retail projects and requests and will develop workflows, be responsible for testing, validating and implementing change requests, modifications and enhancements to these applications.
