Your Opportunity: Taylor Print & Visual Impressions, a division of Taylor Corporation, is looking for a Process Improvement Analyst to join their team in Duluth, GA! In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and enhancing existing business processes through data-driven methodologies. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather feedback, develop and implement effective process improvements, and monitor the results to ensure sustainable organizational growth and efficiency. Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in process mapping and improvement tools (e.g., Visio, Value Stream Mapping)
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL)
  • Knowledge of process improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)
  • Experience in change management and organizational transformation initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Data-Driven Analysis Identify key business processes that require improvement using quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
  • Interpret performance metrics to highlight inefficiencies and areas of opportunity.
  • Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand current workflows and pain points.
  • Facilitate discussions to gather insights and gain alignment on process changes.
  • Process Improvement Strategy Develop and implement process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
  • Redesign processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Impact Monitoring & Reporting Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of improvements.
  • Present findings and progress updates to management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Training & Change Management Conduct training sessions and create documentation to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
  • Support teams through change management activities and address resistance to change.
  • Continuous Improvement Culture Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team feedback and innovation.
  • Serve as a process improvement advocate within the organization.
