About The Position

Under the guidance of the Quality Supervisor, guides and collaborates with leaders to develop, implement and monitor process improvement projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse preferred
• Graduate of an accredited program in clinical healthcare field required, Associates or Bachelors preferred
• Licensed or registered in specialty field required
• Five years clinical experience required (i.e., LPN, RN, other)
• Process improvement experience preferred (at least 1 year)
• Demonstrated experience in applying process improvement methods such as LEAN and Six Sigma
• Analytic and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Ability to communicate and work effectively in a collaborative manner and with all levels of the organization
