BIP US is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist to join its consulting team in the Energy sector. This role is critical as it involves leading process improvement initiatives specifically for Supply Chain and Field Operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities and excellent communication skills, with a minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with both Microsoft Dynamics ERP and Oracle ERP is essential, as these systems will be integral to the role. Candidates must have valid US work authorization and reside within a 50-mile commute of Houston, Texas, as relocation costs will not be supported. The position requires the development and implementation of project plans, including timelines and milestones, to assess and document existing processes. The specialist will create to-be process diagrams and assist process owners in defining, documenting, measuring, analyzing, improving, and controlling business processes. Additionally, the role involves monitoring the delivery of system requirements to ensure they effectively support the operational processes developed. Collaboration with various teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations, is crucial to ensure alignment and successful project execution. The specialist must also be familiar with regulatory compliance and risk management in the energy sector, adapting to changing project requirements while maintaining a focus on delivering value and achieving project objectives.
