About The Position

Requirements

• BA/BS in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of process improvement or project management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide process improvement methodology, coaching, and training to associates and team members involved in process improvement projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, research, and implement process improvements.
• Lead projects of significant scope across regional and enterprise-wide organizational structures.
• Manage internal and external process improvement projects, working with team members and external parties to reach consensus on improvements.
• Formulate and implement internal and external systems, policies, and procedures.
