In this role, you will lead root-cause problem solving, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and strengthen the Appliance Production System. You’ll focus on building and sustaining a world-class assembly system by troubleshooting, improving test processes, and ensuring production lines run smoothly to deliver high-quality products for our customers. This position offers opportunities to grow as a lean leader, technical problem solver, and cross-functional partner—with clear visibility into both plant operations and business leadership.
