About The Position

The Process Improvement Consultant Senior at PNC will focus on driving workflow process innovation within the Marketing Operations team, utilizing Adobe Workfront and other marketing technologies to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. This role is pivotal in implementing and optimizing marketing tools to align with business goals and improve overall marketing performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, technology, or process management roles.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workfront system administration and optimization.
  • 5+ years of product management/ownership of software solutions.
  • Proven track record in process mapping, innovation, and driving operational efficiencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and apply best practices for tool utilization and adoption.
  • In-depth understanding of Adobe Workfront object types and configurations.

Nice To Haves

  • Adobe Workfront Core Certification or other Adobe technologies is a plus.
  • Familiarity with other marketing technologies (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, CRM systems).
  • Strong data analysis skills with experience creating dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Workfront, leading its configuration and optimization.
  • Manage user permissions, workflows, templates, and support 3rd party integrations with Workfront.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to team members on Workfront functionality and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Workfront and other integrated marketing tools.
  • Perform general maintenance and updates of the Workfront solution.
  • Manage end user & market research efforts to uncover customer pain points and integrate solutions into the product roadmap.
  • Own, develop, prioritize, and maintain a product backlog that supports the overall strategic roadmap.
  • Articulate the product vision and strategy to all levels of the organization effectively.
  • Work closely with Risk line of defense partners to mitigate risks and identify opportunities for operational controls.
  • Challenge current marketing processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to redesign workflows for improved efficiency.
  • Lead the adoption and integration of new marketing tools and technologies.
  • Act as a change agent for the implementation of new marketing processes and tools.
  • Lead cross-departmental workshops and training sessions to drive adoption of new tools and processes.
  • Work closely with marketing, creative, and IT teams to ensure successful delivery of Workfront projects.
  • Manage timelines, resources, and dependencies for Workfront configuration and development projects.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and solutions to stakeholders.
  • Act as the liaison between marketing and IT for technology-related projects.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for tracking marketing project performance.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing performance.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Workfront and other marketing platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing technologies and process improvement methodologies.
