As a Senior Process Improvement Consultant within PNC's Business Optimization team part of the HR Change Office organization, you will be based in one of the following locations: Pittsburgh, PA / Birmingham, AL / Cleveland, OH or Columbus, OH. Other locations may be considered based on experience. This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager's discretion. The Business Optimization function within the HR Change Office focuses on continuous process improvement, efficiency, and effectiveness of HR processes. This individual will be responsible for providing consultative support on HR strategic initiatives with a process improvement lens. Additionally, the individual will help define the strategy for defining and measuring the value, efficacy, and success of HR projects.
