Our Claims Payment Integrity team ensures that claims are paid accurately and that every dollar of our members' premiums is used effectively. We lead national initiatives that deliver affordability improvements across Kaiser Permanente markets. The Consultant IV will collaborate across teams to drive new outside medical savings initiatives. This role involves performing advanced claims transaction reviews, conducting analytics, and leveraging data mining to identify opportunities that support our mission of delivering high-quality, affordable care. Job Summary: Delivers, executes, and sustains process improvement (PI) engagements including kaizen. Serves as a consultant to stakeholders and process owners to drive process improvements. Contributes to strategic planning and supports organizational alignment and prioritization of process improvement initiatives. Serves as an advocate for continuous improvement by keeping abreast of industry practices, standards, and benchmarks. Participates in and may lead change management activities associated with process improvement and performs data analyses to support process improvement initiatives.
