The Process Improvement Analyst Intern will work closely with team members to document workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions that improve service delivery and team productivity.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a relevant degree program
• Understanding of workflow analysis
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to conduct interviews and synthesize feedback
• Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and process mapping software tools
• Effective communication skills and a customer service mindset
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Responsibilities

• Shadow customer service representatives to map and document current workflows
• Conduct gap analysis and identify process bottlenecks or redundancies
• Collect and analyze feedback from customers and internal team members
• Support implementation of quick-win projects such as SOP creation and dashboard design
